Integral Life Coaching is primarily future-oriented, focusing on achieving specific goals and improving performance. It uses tools such as visioning exercises, goal setting, action planning, mindfulness practices, and accountability measures to help clients uncover strengths, clarify values, and develop strategies to overcome challenges, ultimately empowering them to reach their full potential and achieve personal and professional aspirations.

I use various approaches and techniques, tailored to your needs. These may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. Together, we’ll explore past experiences, challenge negative thought patterns, develop new coping skills, and promote self-awareness and self-compassion. Our counselling journey is collaborative and client-centered, respecting your uniqueness and autonomy every step of the way.


Integral Life Coaching

In Integral Life Coaching, I use a variety of tools and techniques to help you achieve your goals. Together, we will uncover your strengths, clarify your values, and develop strategies to overcome challenges.

As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and Certified Integral Life Coach, my goal is to cultivate a safe, compassionate, and supportive space for you to explore and navigate your challenges with confidence.

In my practice, I offer a respectful, non-judgmental environment, along with encouragement and practical tools to individuals facing challenges such as cross-cultural transition, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, divorce or break-up, childhood trauma, ADHD in adults, and goal setting.
